Mouse trap car worked very well. We were able to go 7 meters far, no one else went that far. We tried to get 13 meters but didn’t make it. I think our group worked very well together.

Mouse Trap Challenge 2: We built a catapult out of a mouse trap. We had to get a ping pong ball into a bucket from 3 meters away. We came close, but no cigar. I think the next challenge we will be able to succeed, and we have had fun so far.

Bolt I wet my plants. The experiment we performed was to see if the peas could breath. In the end my experiment failed but other students succeeded in their experiment.

Purpose: To see if acid changes any outcomes with the experiment.

Hypothesis: If we put acid in our water and soap and baking soda then it will change because of the chemicals in the acid.

Procedure:Take the peas, soap water with baking soda and acid, then do the original lab with acid added into the mix.

The Acid made a huge difference, It made the spinach float extremely fast. By fast we mean IMMEDIATELY spinach went down,, then right back up. The control did the same thing but was slower. The spinach went down the rose to the top because of photosynthesis it created oxygen to rise in the Control.

1.) On average, what percentage of the food we eat on a daily basis comes from carbohydrates?

2.) What are the pores in a plant's skin called?

3.) The sun helps plants transform carbon dioxide into a simple carbohydrate called _________.

4.) What's another name for cellulose?

5.) Which organelle is ultimately responsible for breaking down carbohydrates into usable energy at the molecular level?

6.) In five sentences or less, list the major steps involved in photosynthesis.

1: 65%

2: chloroplast

3: glucose

4:fiber

5:ATP

6:The sun shines down on plants and the plants harness the sun’s energy which goes into the plant to create food for the plants distributing nutrients and producing oxygen into the air. We then breath in the oxygen and put out Carbon Dioxide. The plants take in the Carbon Dioxide and then repeat the cycle.
